Morning. You've got two things running. Which one are we chasing today?

How am I doing this week?

Strong week. You've hit your target four days out of six, your best run since August. You're 5th in the Step Up with 9 days left, and 4th is only 85 points ahead. That's one decent evening walk.

What should I eat after?

Protein plus something starchy within the hour. Grilled chicken and rice, or labneh with a couple of dates if you want it lighter.

A coach that already knows you.
