What does a BeneFit company challenge look like?
A private challenge for your company only. You pick what counts (points, steps or distance), who takes part, how it's won and how long it runs. Employees join in the BeneFit app with your company code, and HR follows everything on the dashboard.

How long does it take to launch?
Under a week. Tell us what you want, we configure the challenge and your HR portal, and you share the company code.

What can HR see?
Active users against seats, participation over time, steps, distance and points, top performers, a department breakdown and live challenge standings. HR sees only what employees agree to share: activity totals and challenge participation. Never health, nutrition or coaching data.

Do employees need a wearable?
For steps and distance challenges, a phone is enough. Points challenges are calorie-based and need a wearable, such as an Apple Watch, Garmin or WHOOP. We can source wearables for you at extra cost.

How is pricing structured?
Per employee per month, with lower rates for a quarter or a full year. Estimate your cost in a few seconds.

Can BeneFit connect to our HR systems?
Not yet. BeneFit runs on its own: you invite people by email or share one company code, and export reports as CSV whenever you need them.
